Deliveries
Your orders are processed and prepared within 48h to 72h (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipments are made by registered post throughout mainland France.
Postal delivery times are 2 to 3 working days.
So the average time for receiving packages at your home is 5 to 7 working days since the order was placed.
You will be notified of the shipment of your order by e-mail, the tracking number of your package will allow you to follow its delivery.
Delivery is FREE in mainland France from 50€ purchase.
Delivery is set at €3 in mainland France for orders under €50.
Returns
In order to give you complete satisfaction, we allow you to return your purchases to us, within 14 days of receipt of your order, whether it is a change of mind or a possible non-compliance. of one of our jewels.
You can then choose, according to your preference, an exchange or a refund.
Personalized jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The jewelry must be returned within the allotted time, in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging(s).
Otherwise, no exchange or refund can be accepted.
In the event of non-conformity of one of our jewelry, the return costs will be covered by AGALINO.
In all other cases, return costs will be your responsibility.
We recommend a type of tracking and appropriate shipping, we cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of your return package.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will be contacted by email to confirm receipt of your return. We will also notify you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

All items available for sale are subject to a refund from us under certain conditions.
