As soon as your jewelry leaves the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you have chosen home delivery, tracking will be done via La Poste's website.
For a delivery to a relay point, you can track the progress directly on the Mondial Relay interface.
Finally, it is also possible to track your delivery once it has been shipped directly from the site's chat.

Absolutely. Our creations are designed for real life: they are water-resistant thanks to stainless steel and our high-quality cords.
To keep the jewelry's shine intact for as long as possible, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water after swimming in the sea or a pool.

Since each piece is handcrafted to order, the processing and manufacturing time is 2 to 3 business days.
Once your jewelry is ready, please allow approximately 4 to 5 business days for shipping (transport).
