Shipping & Delivery

Your orders are generally processed and prepared within 48 to 72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). These processing times may be extended during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) or when specific temporary notices are displayed on the site.

Orders are shipped via La Poste (tracked letter) throughout Metropolitan France or via MondialRelay (pick-up points). Delivery times for La Poste are generally 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times for MondialRelay are 5 business days.

Therefore, the average time (excluding exceptional periods) to receive your package at the delivery address is 6 to 8 business days from the time the order is placed.

You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched, and a tracking number will be provided so you can follow its delivery.

New! 🇨🇭 Deliveries to Switzerland

We are thrilled to ship our jewelry to Switzerland! Since Switzerland is not part of the European Union, here is a transparent overview of how your order will be processed:

• Good news for small orders: In accordance with Swiss customs legislation, no VAT or customs clearance fees are collected if the calculated tax amount is less than 5 CHF. In practical terms, if your order total (jewelry + shipping costs) is less than approximately 62 CHF, your package will arrive directly in your mailbox with no additional fees to pay upon receipt!

• For orders over ~62 CHF: Your package will be subject to Swiss VAT (currently 8.1%) as well as administrative customs clearance fees applied by Swiss Post. These fees will be collected by the mail carrier upon delivery.

Please note that any potential customs fees and taxes are governed by your country's legislation and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the package is refused due to non-payment of these taxes, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
