How to choose your bracelet size?

choisir sa taille de bracelet et conseils pour connaître sa taille AGALINO

Buying a bracelet online, especially when it's a gift, can sometimes feel like a puzzle. How can you be sure to choose the right size without being able to try the piece on?

At AGALINO, we have designed our bracelets to adapt to many different body types. Whether you are looking for a snug fit or a looser feel, here is our complete guide to finding the size that suits you.

Standard sizes: some benchmarks to help you

If you don't have anything to measure with, or if you are preparing a surprise, here are the statistical averages that work in the vast majority of cases:

For women: The standard build is generally between 16 cm and 17 cm. Our size S (16.5 cm) is therefore the most universal size and a very common option for a gift.

For men: The classic male wrist size is around 18 cm to 19 cm. Contrary to popular belief, size S will only suit extremely slim builds. For a man, always favor our size M (18 cm) or size L (19.5 cm) for a comfortable fit.

The AGALINO Size Guide

Here are the exact measurements for our creations. The centimeter measurement indicated corresponds to the actual size of the closed bracelet.

Single Wrap Bracelets:

  • XS (15.5 cm): Ideal for very slim wrists
  • S (16.5 cm): The quintessential standard female size
  • M (18 cm): The most common standard male size. It also suits larger female wrists very well
  • L (19.5 cm): The second male standard, ideal for slightly larger wrists or for those who appreciate a looser, more relaxed fit
  • XL (21 cm): Ideal for larger builds or for wearing the bracelet very loosely

Double Wrap Bracelets: The bracelet wraps around your wrist twice, so the measurement is doubled to maintain the same comfort.

You can find this table at any time while shopping; you can also consult our Size Guide page.

The easy trick to measure your wrist at home

Don't have a measuring tape on hand? Here is our simple method:

  1. Take a piece of thread, string, or even a phone charging cable
  2. Wrap it around your wrist, just above the bone (where you usually wear your jewelry), without pulling it too tight
  3. Mark the point where it meets with a pen or by pinching it with your fingers
  4. Lay the string flat along a ruler to discover your size in centimeters

Tip: If your measurement falls exactly between two sizes (for example 17.2 cm), we recommend choosing the larger size (M - 18 cm) for more daily comfort.
